Why did my order arrive in two separate packages?

If you've ordered multiple items, your order may be packed and dispatched in separate packages to ensure each piece arrives safely. Don't worry, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for each package as it is dispatched.

 

What is your returns policy?

How do I weather Redcor?

If you’ve recently purchased one of our Rusted (Redcor) pieces, you may be eager to see that rich, rustic finish develop. While the natural weathering process takes a little time, there are a few simple ways you can help accelerate it.

  • Lightly water your piece daily using regular tap water
  • Place it in a shaded area and allow it to dry gradually
  • A humid environment will encourage faster weathering

If you prefer to let nature take its course, simply leave your piece outdoors and it will continue to weather naturally. This process typically takes around 3 to 6 months.

 

How do I care for my aluminium products?

Aluminium is a durable, low-maintenance material that will look great for years with minimal effort. To keep your piece in top condition:

  • Wipe down occasionally with a soft damp cloth to remove dust or dirt
  • Avoid harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive materials
  • If used outdoors, a light coat of clear lacquer spray once a year will help protect the finish and maintain its appearance

For indoor pieces, no special treatment is required.

 

How do I care for my Raw Steel products?

Raw steel has a natural, industrial finish that gives each piece a unique character. Because raw steel is untreated, it will naturally begin to oxidise and develop surface rust over time if not properly maintained. To keep your piece looking its best:

  • Apply a thin coat of clear lacquer spray or wax-based metal sealant as soon as possible after receiving your piece - this is the most important step
  • Reapply the sealant every 6–12 months depending on the environment
  • For indoor pieces, wipe down occasionally with a dry or lightly oiled cloth to prevent moisture buildup
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or humidity without a protective coating
  • If surface rust does appear, lightly sand the affected area with fine-grade sandpaper and reapply sealant

If you prefer the natural rusted patina look, simply leave your piece untreated and it will develop a rustic, aged finish over time. Just be aware that uncoated raw steel will continue to oxidise.
