If a product does not meet these guarantees, you are entitled to a remedy — which may include repair, replacement, refund, or compensation — as applicable under the ACL.

3.1 Product Descriptions and Pricing We strive to ensure all product descriptions and prices on our site are accurate. If an error is identified, we reserve the right to correct it and will notify any affected customers promptly before processing their order.

3.2 Quality Guarantee All products sold by Outback Metal Group comply with the statutory guarantees under the ACL. Every piece is made to order using precision CNC laser technology and is built to meet the standard described on our product pages.

3.3 Stock and Availability All products are made to order. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Customers will be notified promptly if their order is affected.

 

4. REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

4.1 Your Consumer Rights You are entitled to a remedy under the ACL if a product is defective, does not match its description, or is not fit for its intended purpose.

4.2 14-Day Money Back Guarantee In addition to your rights under the ACL, Outback Metal Group offers a 14-day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a full refund.

4.3 Change of Mind Returns Returns for change of mind outside of our 14-day guarantee period are accepted at our discretion. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

4.4 Return Process To initiate a return or refund, contact us via our Contact Us page. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase and, where relevant, evidence of any fault or issue with the product.

 

5. ORDERS AND BILLING

5.1 Order Acceptance We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where pricing errors, misuse, or unusual activity is detected. Affected customers will be notified promptly and any payments taken will be refunded in full.

5.2 Billing Information You agree to provide accurate and current billing information for all purchases. Inaccurate billing information may result in order cancellation.

 

6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

6.1 Free Australia-Wide Delivery We offer free delivery on all orders throughout Australia. All orders are shipped directly from our Brisbane, Queensland warehouse. Estimated delivery times are displayed on our Shipping Information page and typically range from 7–14 business days depending on your location.

6.2 Made to Order All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.

6.3 Shipping Errors If an error occurs with your delivery, contact us immediately via our Contact Us page. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly and in accordance with ACL requirements.
