Where We Ship From

Outback Metal Group offers free shipping Australia-wide. All orders are shipped from our Brisbane, Queensland warehouse.

Handling & Delivery Time frames

All of our products are made to order, meaning each piece is carefully crafted once your order is placed. Because of this, production times may vary slightly depending on demand.

• Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Estimated delivery times: 7–14 business days (depending on your location and courier services).
• Some orders may arrive in separate packages if bulk items are ordered.
• Delivery timeframes may vary due to courier delays, high seasonal demand, or other unforeseen factors.
• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

If you are on the tail end of the delivery period, we apologise for any inconvenience. This doesn’t occur often, but can during busy periods, with most delays being outside our control and within the postal service.
